Settting Discussion

Setting
`
When me and my classmates decused the setting we found out that the setting is related to book in a great matter. We found out that since most of the setting was in the closet at her house, at the supply closet at school, at her friends house, and at her  home, most of the places she's in are small and they are tight places. Based on what happened to her it is obvious that she likes to be alone in places. She feels that she is safe, in fact we relized that she was frigtened when she noticed that Andy was with her in the closet. Being in the closet is not always safe. Melinda liked to be at her art teachers class, Mr. Freeman, so she can express all her emotions in drawing.

Speak till the end

This book is very sad, and lonely. There is a lot of moment of sadness and the things that are carried out, are the thoughts of happiness. What r avoided, are the promises between friends. What are left, are the moments of confusion. In Melinda's case she avoided everything in her way which was a bad idea, because she was very lonely, and she kept everyone around her in confusion. Melinda is very blocked, she doesn't speak. I have one thing to say is SPEAK TILL THE END and keep people informed. I think she did this to herself. From the beginning when she called the police she should have told everyone why she called. It is obvious that they wouldn’t suspect that someone rapped her.
This book reminded me of the song, "Daddy's Little Girl" by Pitbull. Because in his song he explains how women get rapped, but also gives them the courage to keep going and to never give up. I fell bad for all the girls that got rapped in there live, but felling bad well get you no were in life. So keep going, and you will find a wonderful future awaiting for you.

I don't really like thwe ending of the book even though it seems that the book is good. Because it is true that Melinda has been saved, and everyone knows she was rapped. But she is still scared from what happened.

After reading the book I relized somthing very important. when you go to parties dont get very drunk,  because problems can happen. I have a question, after Melinda Sordino called the police, why didn't she tell the police what had hapened to her at the pary. It would have been much beter then to stay quiet for a whole year.
